Simon Goodfellow  of Uttoxeter formerly of Mayfield & Leek   Passed away peacefully on the 7th March 2022 Aged 52 Years sadly and greatly missed by all his loving family and friends   Funeral Service Markeaton Crematorium, Derby on Wednesday 23rd March 2022 at 3.30pm in the main chapel  any donations gratefully received will be given to The Brain Tumour Charity
