Stephen John Hughes (Steve) of Mayfield formerly of Tamworth passed away 12th June 2022 Aged 49 Years Beloved Husband of Tracey, Loving Dad to Georgia, Stephanie, Carla and Caitlin, and dear Grandad of Anthony, Kane, Page and Octavia, a much loved Son to John And Margaret

Funeral Service Markeaton Crematorium, Derby on Friday 15th July 2022 At 1.30pm in the main chapel any donations gratefully received will be given to The Royal Derby Hospital ICU
