Pamela Phillips passed away peacefully on the 2nd May 2021 in the loving care of High Barrow Care Home, Uttoxeter Funeral Service and Cremation Bretby Crematorium, Burton on Trent on Tuesday 25th May 2021 at 1pm in the Anglesey Chapel
