Jayne Mary Burgess  of Wootton  passed away peacefully at home on the 4th June  2021 Aged 63  Years Beloved Wife of John , loving Mum to Sam Dear Daughter of Edna and the late Malcolm  The hearse will leave the home in Wootton at  around 1.pm for a private family funeral service St Peter’s Church, Ellastone on Tuesday 22nd June 2021 at 1.15 followed by a cremation at Markeaton Crematorium, at 2.30pm in the main chapel any donations gratefully received will be given to  Cancer Research UK, St Giles Hospice, Whittington and The Ark Animal Charity, Ashbourne
