Jane Irene Smith of Uttoxeter passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family  on the 3rd  April 2021 Aged 59 Years

A private family funeral service at Uttoxeter Methodist Church on Tuesday 27th April 2021 at 1.30pm followed by a burial in Uttoxeter Cemetery any donations gratefully received will be given to The British Heart Foundation and The Lung Foundation
