Emma Louise Allen nee Slater-Moore of Mackworth formerly of Mayfield passed away peacefully at home on the 14th July 2020 Aged 37 Years Beloved wife of Matt Devoted Mum to Finley A Precious Daughter,Daughter in Law, Sister,Niece and friend to many A Private family Funeral Service at St Francis of Assisi Church Mackworthon Monday 27th July 2020 at 1pm The cortage will leave St Francis Church Mackworth at 1.30pm and proceed to the crematorium at Markeaton  Family flowers only any donations if desired for Treetops Hospice & Every Cloud
